Competency library
In LMS Collaborator, you can create and specify the competencies that the task develops. For example, a task can develop such competencies as leadership, system thinking, result orientation, etc. You can view the list of available competencies in the Development - Management - Competency library menu:
When you go to the menu item, the user will be redirected to the "Competency library" page, which lists all currently available competencies
Creating a new competency
To create a new competency on the Competency library page, click the Create button
To create a competency, you need to specify:
- Title of the competence (1)
- Description - optional field (2)
- Press the Save button (3)
