Access to work tasks
The access to Work tasks is regulated by the corresponding module Work tasks.
Access permissions to work tasks are determined by the system role settings:
- manage Work tasks - Administrator
- manage the tasks of the subordinates - Manager
- use Work tasks - Administrator, Manager, User
- assign work tasks to all users
- observe the Work tasks

An administrator with the right to manage Work tasks can assign Work tasks:
- to anyone in the system (regardless of the organizational structure);
- to oneself.
A manager with the right to manage the tasks of the subordinates can assign Work tasks:
- their subordinates (determined by the organizational structure);
- to the administrator;
- to oneself.
Users with use Work tasks permissions can assign Work tasks:
- to their manager;
- to a colleague (users are located in the same folder of the organizational structure);
- to the administrator.
Users with the assign work tasks to all users permissions can assign tasks to all active users of the system.
(Please note! This permission is disabled for roles by default. If there is a need for each user to be able to assign work tasks to any other user of the system, please contact technical support to configure the appropriate role.)
