Password recovery
To reset password click Forgot your password? on the portal login page.
On the Password Recovery page, follow these steps:
- Enter the e-mail or phone number ((if the "Allow recovery by phone number" option is activated on the portal; for more details: Passwords policy).
Attention: the entered e-mail or phone number must match those specified in your personal profile.
- Confirm that you are a human (check the checkbox);
- Click the Send button.
After that, the following message will appear: "Password recovery request has been successfully created. Instructions for password recovery have been sent to your contact details."
Depending on the recovery method specified (email or phone number), a notification using the Users - Password recovery request template will be sent to your email, SMS, or messenger with a link to the page for creating a new password. Follow the link.
Enter new password in the Password and Repeat Password fields. Then click the Save button to confirm the action. Or click the Cancel button to cancel.
