Assign a Task set to the Development plan
When creating or editing Request templates for career development, you can configure the Assign a task set to a personal plan:
If this item is set as required, the request cannot be accepted without assigning the user a Development Plan and a Task Set within it.
When reviewing the request, the responsible administrator must select a Development Plan already assigned to the user (either an personal or global plan). Then, select the Task Set to be added to this Development Plan:
After the request is accepted, the specified Task Set will be added to the user’s selected Development Plan:
Adding internal and external training to the Development plan from career development request
If the user specified internal or external training when submitting a career development request, the Administrator can add this training to the user’s Development Plan after the request is approved.
