Personal plans in Collaborator

Personal development plans are created by the employee, their manager, or the portal Administrator. You can add to them the completion of a training course on the Collaborator platform and any other task in the form of a text description specifying who will evaluate it. Each item of the plan can have a deadline, type - "External training", "Training" or something else.

Access to the functionality is opened by the module IndividualPlan
Access to admin settings by permission User can manage the personal plan
For managers, the permission - Manage personal plans of their subordinates must be enabled
