Notification templates for Birthdays and Anniversaries
Happy Birthday
Notification for users on their birthday with congratulations. The message text can be edited (find more in Notification templates setting).
The notification is sent to the user provided that they have been granted the "Receive notifications about Birthdays" permission on the Notifications page.
You can configure the sending time on the Messaging settings.

Congratulations on the anniversary of work in the company
Congratulations to the user on the anniversary of his work in the company. The anniversary is calculated based on the data in the "Employment date" field from the user's profile. Sent on the day of the work anniversary, the time of sending the notification can be configured, more details in the article Messaging settings.
