External Learning - New Application for Training
Notification to the manager that his structural or functional subordinate has applied for external Learning.
Emails are sent if the user has the "Manage requests of subordinates" permission. If no managers are assigned, notifications are sent to the responsible administrators; if no responsible administrators are specified, they are sent to all users who have permission to manage requests.
