Personal development plans
To navigate to a user's Development Plans, click the Development Plans button next to the desired user in the Development Plans table :

The User Development Plans page will open, from which you can proceed to create, edit, or view development plans.
To add tasks to development plans, you can use the instructions in the articles Adding training tasks for Personal plans and Adding personal tasks for Personal plans. Also, tasks can be Assignment of the Task Sets to the Development Plan.
Creating a New Personal Development Plan for a User
To create a new Personal Development Plan, click the Create button on the User Development Plans page.

On the Create Development Plan page, you need to fill in the following fields:
(1) - Type of Development Plan: select Personal;
(2) - Title of Development Plan;
(3) - Description – a short description (optional);
(4) - Planned completion period - the calendar timeframe within which the user must complete the Development Plan;
(5) - Budget of development plan - if necessary, specify the spending limit for activities and training within this development plan for the individual user;
(6) - Purpose of development plan - indicates what the plan’s tasks will focus on:
- Development of the current position - improving knowledge and skills related to the user’s current position and responsibilities;
- Career Development - learning and acquiring new knowledge and skills aimed at achieving a higher position in the future.
(7) - Upload Image for the card of Development Plan.
After filling in all the required fields, click the Save button (8).

Editing a Personal Development Plan
When editing a Personal Development Plan, you can change its Title(1), Description(2), Planned Completion Period(3), Budget of development plan(4), Purpose of development plan(5) and Card Image(6).
The Development Plan Type cannot be changed during editing.
