The message displays the name of the Badge and a link to the page with all the User's awards.

Certificates - A new certificate has been sent to the user
Notification to the user about the receipt of the certificate, sent immediately after the successful completion of the task.
The notification displays the name of the certificate, the title of the task and a link to download the certificate in pdf format.
