Comments notification templates
Comments - New comment
Notification about a new comment left in:
- tasks of any type where commenting is allowed;
- news;
- Knowledge Base resources.
Such notifications are received by users whose role in the system has the permission Edit and delete all comments(for more details on permissions and roles, see the article Roles in LMS Collaborator),provided that in their profile on the Notifications page, the option Receive notifications about all new comments is enabled (for more details, see the article Comments).

Comments - New answer to comment
Notification about a reply to a comment in a task, Knowledge Base article, or news item is sent to the user whose comment received the reply, provided that in their profile on the Notifications page, the option Receive notifications about replies to my comments is enabled (for more details, see the article Comments).
