Settings Block
Clicking the "Change Settings" button opens a menu with configuration options for the Checklist Task.
General Settings

(1) - Allow Commenting - allows the user to leave comments on the task. When this setting is enabled, users can provide feedback about taking the Checklist or ask questions. For more details: Comments in tasks;
(2) - Reminders - enables additional reminders about missed or failed tasks (more details: Tasks Reminder).
Deadline

Task deadline - a setting that limits task completion by time (more details Task deadline). By default, Unlimited Completion Time is set.
For example, a checklist is given 10 days for completion. The first questionnaire is assigned on 01.12, and the completion period will be 01.12–10.12. If another questionnaire is assigned to the curator on 05.12, the assignment period will change to 05.12–14.12.
Result
The fields to be completed in this section depend on the selected Evaluation Mode setting.
Evaluation Mode determines who is assigned to complete the questionnaires: the user themselves (self-esteem) or a designated responsible person (curator).
- Evaluation Mode – Self-esteem — the user is both the evaluated person and the respondent at the same time.

Completion threshold – the minimum checklist completion percentage required for the assignment to be considered successfully completed.
- Evaluation Mode – Set by the curator — the curator completes questionnaires for other employees.

(1) - Show checklist evaluation results to assessed users - the option allows you to show the detailed result of the evaluation according to the checklist of the user who has been evaluated.
If the option is enabled, then after the curator has rated the questionnaire, the user receives a message that he was rated according to the checklist. The message contains a direct link to the completed checklist. Also, access to view the assessed checklist appears for the user in the training history.
(2) - Assigning mode - choice of method of assigning questionnaires:
-
Manually - the curator and the users who will be evaluated are selected manually.
-
Functional manager — only the users who will be evaluated are selected, while the curator is assigned automatically as the functional manager according to the settings (for more details Functional managers). If a user has multiple functional managers, all of them will be assigned as curators (meaning the system will create multiple evaluation questionnaires for one user).
-
Manager according to the organizational structure - only the users who will be evaluated are selected, and the curator is assigned automatically according to the organizational structure settings. If an employee has multiple managers in the organizational structure, all of them will be assigned as curators (meaning the system will create multiple evaluation questionnaires for one user).
(3) - Completion threshold – the minimum checklist completion percentage required for the assignment to be considered successfully completed.
Additional parameters
In addition to the standard task fields, advanced settings can be created.
If they are created, a Additional Parameters section will appear in the Settings block, where the corresponding fields are available for completion.
For example, in the screenshot, "The cost of training" field has been added, which can be filled in if needed.

User Assignment Block
In this block, users are assigned to the task - checklists. Detailed information is provided in the article: Assignment to the checklists.
Results Block
This block allows you to view and analyze user checklists completion results in detail.
By clicking the Analyze button, you can quickly navigate to the reporting page for the corresponding checklists. For more details: Checklist report.
