Data storage policy

Data in the system is stored for a defined period, which depends on the tariff plan selected by the client.

Data retention limits are implemented as part of the data lifecycle policy. They help ensure stable system performance, optimal productivity, and efficient use of infrastructure resources, as well as control the overall data volume in the database. This approach prevents excessive accumulation of historical data, which could negatively affect system performance and increase query processing time.
