Knowledge Base - A resource has been added to the knowledge base
Notification to the user about adding a new resource to the Knowledge Base. The notification is sent when the resource was first added to the Knowledge Base access group.
If the portal does not use restrictions on access to resources, (find more in Knowledge Base Management) then notifications to users are not sent using this template.

Knowledge Base - A resource has been updated in the knowledge base
Notification to the user about the update of a previously added resource to the knowledge base. The notification is sent when the Notify about updates option is enabled on the resource editing page (find more in Resource Update).
If the portal does not use restrictions on access to resources, (find more in Knowledge Base Management) then notifications to users are not sent using this template.
