Service desk - special requests assigned to service employees. This is a tool that allows you to optimize the standard operating elements of your company's business process.
Using this functionality, you can set up communication between different service departments and business units: IT service, logistics, supply and sales, marketing, HR departments, etc.
Access to Service desk is regulated by the ERP module.
Access rights to service services are determined by the system role settings:
- manage ERP
- create requests in ERP
- close requests in ERP
- use ERP
