Structure conflicts protocol
Structure conflicts protocol is a system log, presented as a table, that records errors and discrepancies occurring during the automatic assignment of users to folders within the organizational structure based on User Groups.
If the same employee is added to several User Groups linked to different folders of the structure, the system cannot automatically determine the priority folder of the Organizational Structure to which the user should be assigned. As a result, a corresponding entry is displayed in the Structure conflicts protocol.
To view the Log, go to the menu Users - Structure conflicts protocol:
Structure conflicts protocol page displays a list of users for whom an error has occurred. For each user, the page shows their full name, position, city, department, date of event, tags and error text. The error text specifies the title of the User Groups and the Organizational Structure folders between which the mismatch occurred.
