Assessment report and viewing the results of the assessment by competencies
When creating an Assessment by competencies, you can select the Add final evaluation option:

This option allows the manager, after all questionnaires are completed, to manually set a final evaluation, which may differ from the automatically calculated overall score. When the option is activated, the final evaluation value will be displayed in the user’s position profile.
When this option is enabled, an assessment report will be available to both the user and the manager.
After the manager completes the questionnaire, the Review and Report buttons will be available on the task page. By clicking the Review button, the manager can review the responses provided to them.

After pressing the Report button, the Competency Assessment Protocol page will be opened.
The page displays:
(1) - Task title;
(2) - title of the Assessment by which the report was generated;
(3) - Full Name and information about the employee who was evaluated;

(4) – Hidden comment – this field is visible to the manager and administrator if the "Add final evaluation" option is enabled. It is intended for internal notes regarding the subordinate’s assessment results and is not visible to the user. Filling in the field is not mandatory. When hovering over the text, editing and deletion functions become available.

(5) – Commentary on the final evaluation – this field is visible to the manager and administrator if the "Add final evaluation" option is enabled. The field is not mandatory and can be used to explain the assessment results or justify the assigned scores. Any comment added will be visible to the assessed user in the Assessment Report in view mode. When hovering over the field, the Edit button appears.

(6) - the list of indicators by which the assessment was made;
(7) - depending on the users assigned to the assessment, columns with self-assessment, assessments of employees, colleagues, subordinates and the manager for each indicator;
(8) - the overall score for each indicator, is determined automatically as the average of all assigned scores (after all questionnaires have been completed).
(9) - the final evaluation - this column is displayed if the "Add final evaluation" option is enabled and becomes editable once all questionnaires are completed. The manager can assign the final evaluation according to the Algorithm.
(10) - level of competence, norm for each indicator according to Position Profile.
(11) - Comments – if the option to add comments is enabled in the settings and the user has provided them during the assessment, they will appear in the report. Clicking the Comments button opens a modal window displaying the corresponding text.

Algorithm for setting the final evaluation
- Click on the "pencil" to edit the evaluation (1).
- Select the required level for the current indicator from the drop-down list (2).
- Save changes using button (3). You can cancel editing using button (4).

View reports by the administrator
The administrator can view the generated Competency assessment protocols for each evaluated user, but cannot set a Final evaluation if he did not evaluate the employee as a manager.
You can go to the Assessment Report page in the following ways:
- On the Tasks page, click the Actions button - Report opposite the required task:

- On the Task - assessment page, in the Results block, click the Analyze button:

- via the menu Assessment - Results - Assessment report:

On the Assessment Report page you can view information about the status of completing the questionnaires and also display Competency assessment protocols by clicking on the button:

The report also displays the following fields:
(1) - the filter for selecting the Assessment that is used in the individual Tasks;
(2) - filter for selecting task titles. Along with the name of the task, the date/time of creation and Id number are displayed;
(3) - button to reset the filters by assessment and tasks;
(4) - data on the User: Name, Position, City, Department, Tags. You can filter and sort data by all these parameters (in alphabetical order) to quickly find the information you need;
(5) - the number of Points awarded for a certain answer according to Competency scale;
(6) - the current status of completing the questionnaires;
(7) - button to reset the filters by users.

View reports by the user
The user can view the Competency assessment protocol provided that they have completed a self-assessment and the "Add final evaluation" option is enabled in the settings.
