Goals
Goals management (Management by Objectives, MBO) is the process of defining specific goals within the organization and then deciding how to achieve each goal in sequence. This functionality allows you to lead and monitor the process of goal alignment so that company management and employees share goals and understand what they mean for the organization.
A top-down hierarchical tree is formed, where each goal has its own performer and supervisor, success criteria (KPI), deadlines for implementation, description, comments, and evaluation and results of work done.
For the functionality to work on the portal, you need to enable the MBO module.
For the role under which the goal tree will be created and managed, you must enable the Manage Strategic Plans permission. More details here: Roles in the system.
