Objectives
Objectives management (Management by Objectives, MBO) is the process of defining specific objectives within the organization and then deciding how to achieve each objective in sequence. This functionality allows you to lead and monitor the process of objective alignment so that company management and employees share objectives and understand what they mean for the organization.
A top-down hierarchical tree is formed, where each objective has its own performer and supervisor, success criteria (KPI), deadlines for implementation, description, comments, and evaluation and results of work done.
For the functionality to work on the portal, you need to enable the MBO module.
For the role under which the objective tree will be created and managed, you must enable the Manage Strategic Plans permission. More details here: Roles in the system.
