Google Analytics Integration
General
Setting up integration with Google Analytics is quite simple. To do this, you just need to provide technical support with the tracking ID. This identifier is used to inform Analytics which account and resource to send data to.
The tracking ID is a segment of the pattern "UA-000000-2". The first set of digits ("-000000") is your account number, and the second set (-2) is the number of the specific resource associated with the account.
How to get a tracking ID?
This identifier is used in the Universal Analytics version.
Universal Analytics is a preview version of Analytics that only supports on-site tracking. To set up the tracking ID "UA-", follow the instructions in this article.
If no tracking ID is displayed, you are using a Google Analytics 4 resource. These resources do not have such IDs. If you need a tracking ID, create a Universal Analytics resource.
